Hi! If you don't mind I'd love to join you in this! If you prefer to keep doing this on your own let me know otherwise I'll start posting with you. I've always done some sort of exercise but lately I've started a more regular program. I'm quite skinny but I want to get more toned and build a bit of muscles. Today I did these 3 workouts including some stretches. And yes, it was quite hard to keep myself from laughing hehe.. But it's a good workout!
