Just thought I'd let you know that my mom calls you by name all the time...(she literally says "blah blah blah" a lot).

Tweaking means making small adjustments in your medications in order to make them more effetive. It's not as drastic as changing medications, it's kind of like moving the dial on the radio "just so", so that the station comes in as clear as possible.
