Currently, I take 50mg for sleep. When I first started this drug, I was taking 200mg--I gained 80 Lbs. Then I tapered down to 25mg, and currently take 50mg with 25mg Librium at bed to sleep. I used to take:
EffexorXR
Klonopin
Lamictal
Seroquel
---all in high doses---not sure what helped, age, therapy, maturity, or just time...
