My boyfriend and I have been riding together to a social event that takes place every Wednesday, but last Wednesday we had an issue.
I do everything I can to be social with others and outgoing, but that day I felt this terrible social anxiety. I explained to him what happened, but before that he said I was rude (and I can see that). At the same he said this " if you are going to act that way again, then we will ride separately."
I understand him being upset, but he said it again after I told him about my anxiety. I told him ok I will ride on my own.
Today is Wednesday and I was thinking what to say if he texts me "I'm picking you up" as if he never banned me from his car. Is this the kind of thing you just let go? Or should I say "no" until he says I'm sorry?
I don't want to sound prideful but What can I say? That will not create an argument and will also let him know that he can't just want me in his life when things are good but also in the bad moments.
( there's also the chance that he will not even text me)
