Twas 9 days before Christmas
and all Thur the house
not a present was wrapped
not even the stocking ones
when out of the east
came a snow and ice Storm
my cable wirer
was hanging
darn close to the ground

The plow trucks were
driving 2 in a row
My mind started to wander
and think oh no ,
no tv, no net, NO POWER

The children would be home
no tv at hand
All of their presents
unwrapped they would be

When off to the north
a lake effect band came
It buried our driveway
and made it slippery

Now being I dislike the snow
and 9 days before Christmas
You would think
Santa would have a blow dryer
to drive away , drive away
the snow and ice for me
