Put yourself on a very strict schedule ..
Go to bed at X and get up at X , sleep or o sleep , Meanwhile NO electronics during sleeptime.
Force yourself to follow daily self care , Bathing , washing clothes brushing teeth etc
Exercise , Whether you want to or not . Even if its just taking a walk speakg of 20 mins outside a day increases your vitamin D levels that helps with easing your depressiveness.
Moral of the story do everyhing you dont want to !!!
