If the sun explodes, you're unlikely to notice it. So you can just wait for it.
You shouldn't be in a darkened room or anything like it. Lack of stimulation causes psychosis. It's that simple. Put some music on. Watch TV. You also need to talk with someone you trust (most).
Meds can also cause dissociation, such as clonazapam. If the dissociation is worse than the fear, don't take any. You may want to take an extra dose of Zyprexa if it's not more than 5mg (every 24 hours), but it depends also on how much Seroquel you take, of course. Or take an extra dose of Seroquel, maybe 100 mg (every 24 hours). Ideally, ask your psychiatrist what to do. Remember that the effects [are; edit] not immediately clear, so certainly don't take any more than I suggested. Don't take extra doses of both Seroquel and Zyprexa.

Mania kills cells. Brain cells die. Memories become more reduced conceptually, making more efficient use of limited means. Memories shape our reality. Our memories are more or less split in two by abstractions, conceptual reductions. Mood states with memories, concepts, attached. Memories of pain and those of joy. It causes instability, changeability. Fearing that will leave an emptiness between pain and joy and a greater divide.
