Hello Richard: I'm sorry you find yourself to be in this most difficult situation. And, unfortunately I don't know as there is much of anything I can suggest here.

You wrote that you're seeing a doctor on Thursday. This is probably a good first step at least. Beyond that it may be worthwhile for you to find a counselor or mental health therapist you can work through all of this with.
Sadly, to my knowledge, there's no way to simply be okay with being alone.

The shock of suddenly being completely alone in a new town, living in your trailer, parked at your new boss's house, & being away from your daughter is going to take time to get used to. There's simply no way around it that I know of. The simple passage of time, & getting your life back in order, should help. But that is going to take time. It may be worthwhile to consider getting on some sort of antidepressant & / or anti-anxiety medication for a while until you can begin to get your circumstances put aright.
Continuing to post, here on PC, & perhaps participate in some of the regularly scheduled chats (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved) may help too. There can be a lot of support available here. I know it's not the same as having loved ones there with you. But it may help to bridge the gap anyway. I wish you well...
