I know what you mean. I see it when I'm IP, both in myself in the mirror and in others. I always think people in IP have a similar look. Sometimes they all look that way and I don't because I'm the annoying manic one (I go to a mood disorder unit and usually am the only one with bipolar. When manic I know they want to vote me off the island sometimes).
