Mine come as a result of a "trigger" and are usually tied to that trigger and can often lead to something else in a "stream"?

I see rooms and stuff as if I'm walking into them and panning my eye-camera around to get a 3D image. So sometimes I'll get a background "scene" and in addition I'll get a scene I'm in and watching myself so it's like a 3D "feel" for the whole situation/memory. I guess a lot of my memories are like reading a novel scene? I can remember my stepmother thrusting her bottom teeth in front of her top teeth and her "steely" eyes that were clues she was very angry and I shouldn't move a muscle or I might be hit as if it were happening, I just can't describe it well enough to write the novel :-)
