12 days off in 2 months is a lot, but if they are legit health issues like you say, then they might be understanding and want to keep you. What are the issues causing you to call in sick so often? Can you get a doctor's note for it?

Attendance was my biggest struggle for jobs, and only at my most recent job (that I started in April) has my attendance record actually been decent. I have called in sick once, and had to leave a couple hours early another day, but that's it. I think a big part of it is finding the right job for you that doesn't cause you mental turmoil every shift. I struggle with anxiety as well, I carry Ativan with me and take one as needed. Do you take anything for your anxiety as needed?
