Hi, I have had depressions ever since I can remember, and one other thing I notice is that my hair grows very very slowly.
Over the years, I have learned to take vitamins and add exercise to my daily regimen, all this in addition to increasing my protein intake and moisturizing my hair on a regular basis, but all that has yet to jolt my hair follicles back to life.
Like my bowels, which I know are constipated as a result of being depressed, I also believe that depression can also affect the rate of hair growth. Anyone else experience something similar?
