This morning I did a cardio kickboxing video from FitnessBlender, 28 minutes total including the warm up and cool down. I really enjoyed this workout, it felt challenging but not impossible, and I got a good sweat going.
I also did about 50 minutes of walking total outdoors today, to meet my siblings for coffee and to walk back home.
This evening I just finished a low impact cardio workout (for recovery days or beginners). I just had a craving for exercise and did this 27 minute long video. It's only a level 2 difficulty workout and it was easier than the cardio kickboxing, but I broke more of a sweat. It's a mystery to me.
So quite a bit of physical activity for a day off, but hey! I enjoy it and it improves my mood.
