As far as 'naturally" boosting dopamine in an effort to improve how you feel using tyrosine: My doc helped me get around a system using tyrosine / protein shakes with running on a weekly basis. The great part is that if you wanna start off light, Tyrosine is used in most protein supplements already.
Another piece of the puzzle for me is to listen to music. Music makes us happy cause it increases our dopamine levels too. So when you’re feeling down make a shake, go for a run and jam out to some music. I usually do this even more so before a big day or before important things need to be done.
