Hello Carmen: I'm sorry to tell you that, at least in my experience, there are no quick fixes.

Healing from depression is a long-term process. It has been said that enlightenment is a journey rather than a destination. I believe the same could be said with regard to depression in particular as well as mental illness in general.
The only thing I have found that has worked for me, in the past, is to simply force myself to make a start. And then, once I have been into the process of getting my work done, it has been easier to press ahead. However, really, what this experience is telling you is that you have issues that need to be addressed over an extended period of time. And so, even if you manage to find a temporary solution to your current dilemma, these sorts of problems are likely to recur again-&-again. I feel comfortable saying this because it's been sort-of the story of my life.
That said, there is a member here on PC whose username is Vital. He came up with a concept he calls "Snap Club". Here's a link to his discussion of the concept. Perhaps it can be of some benefit:

May the time you spend here be of benefit.

Plus there are social groups you can join & chat rooms where you’ll be able to connect with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) Lots of great stuff! So please keep posting!
