I've never told anyone I'm manic...they tell me and are very concerned, mixed is noticeable too...I am uncharacteristicly irritable but I complain lots about it and meds are adjusted in both cases Ts tell me to notify Pdocs severe depression is easier to talk about but doesn't Warrant as much concern unless my hygiene is affected or I'm having suicidal thoughts.
