I remember your other post and checked back in on it. So she calls you a terrible son. Other's in the family have distanced themselves from her. Would you consider her to be an alcoholic?

Sad to say that she is not just abusing and using you but your own family as well. You have done the right thing by calling a cab for her. The fact that she chooses not to take it is up to her.

She needs help and she has to want it. Hope you can encourage her to get some counselling.
