So quite a bit of physical activity for a day off, but hey! I enjoy it and it improves my mood.
Oh wow, sounds crazy but good on you for doing all that! I've taken it a bit slow the last days, did a quick powerwalk and workout yesterday. Today I just had a walk in the forest. And tmrw I'm going on a vacation for a week so I'm guessing I won't be doing that much, except for walking around a lot in the city
