the people who run the centre for where i see my psych gave my husband some Valium to do me for the weekend if things are still the same over the weekend unsure what they will do but i cant wait until i see my dr my psych might see me sooner next week but she wasn't at the centre today and couldn't help me but she can next week ...ill try and go to bed earlier tonight , hopefully i get some sleep but it feels unlikely as am kinda a bit manic already and its not even 8 pm yet
