me psych doctor upped my ativans last week. I had an appointment with my primary doctor and he said not to take extra ativan and instead prescribed me another depression medication bupropion.

I am not sure who to listen too. My therapist says to go with my psych doctor, until she can get word with him about what my primary doctor is wanting to do.

My primary doctor only see me if I make an appointment when sick. I see my psych doctor every 3 months, but see my therapist every week.

So could someone give me more insight on which one should I do?
