I am not sure who to listen too. My therapist says to go with my psych doctor, until she can get word with him about what my primary doctor is wanting to do.
My primary doctor only see me if I make an appointment when sick. I see my psych doctor every 3 months, but see my therapist every week.
So could someone give me more insight on which one should I do?
Thanks in advance.

given this and the fact that your therapist said to go according to what the psych doctor says until they can talk with your primary care doctor
my suggestion is do what your therapist said. they are the one in the right position to help you and your treatment providers to get on the same page together.
