This is affecting me in not a good way and I need to get it out before Wed. I feel like I royally screwed up and that I need to explain myself so the overwhelming feelings will go away. I don't want to make them go away so I'm sending this instead. Ever since the boundary change I've had a hard time with it sometimes so I write a text to you and then delete it and it helps me and doesn't bother you. Tonight I didn't finish deleting everything and feel embarrassed and you yelling at me and telling me to leave won't leave my head so I just need to know you understand and it's okay and I promise I won't let it happen again. I'm reassuring myself but it's not going very far.
