Recently I have had a couple of sessions where I have been angry/hurt by him. I'm getting better at responding in the moment now with him. I think my T 'hits the nail on the head' sometimes & im not keen to hear it. I want him to think I'm the 'perfect' client, so after I've had a go at him, I feel really guilty. I also think I'm getting better at expressing my anger. I never used to have the words, but I'm gradually learning the words I need to use to express myself.
