For me hypo tends to start out with more energy and motivation to get tasks done (house painting spree etc). So now when I start to "do" more I immediately think "uh oh". Then someone told me to sit back take a breather and see if there are any other hypo symptoms in play as that may be more of an indicator as to if its hypo or just a good ol normal energy spurt.
