Today was an active rest day, meaning I didn't rest completely and got some light activity in.

This morning I did a light cardio workout from FitnessBlender that was 27 minutes long, then in the evening I did a light stretching routine from FitnessBlender that was 32 minutes long. The goal today was to rest and stretch those sore muscles.
