Ugh I hate the little skin tags. I have some. I see a dermatologist each year for a skin check (to make sure no moles on my body look cancerous). The dermatologist can take skin tags off while you're there in the office. I think I remember her saying that the removal of up to fifteen skin tags at once would be covered under one fee. So I'd suggest just seeing the dermatologist each year (the skin check is always a good idea!) -- if any are bothering you have them removed during the visit.
