I believe you can do it. Delusions (themselves; they may still be an indicator of stress) are just noise. Focus on what's really important, that which others think is (more) important. Fluctuating importance and fearfulness of delusions should allow you to see the noise for what it is. And even if there were to be anything to truly fear, you can't do anything about it anyway. That's why it's not really important. It's noise.

Mania kills cells. Brain cells die. Memories become more reduced conceptually, making more efficient use of limited means. Memories shape our reality. Our memories are more or less split in two by abstractions, conceptual reductions. Mood states with memories, concepts, attached. Memories of pain and those of joy. It causes instability, changeability. Fearing that will leave an emptiness between pain and joy and a greater divide.
