Today I did the HIIT/Pilates workout from FitnessBlender once in the morning, and once in the evening. Including the warm ups and cool downs, I did about 80 minutes of rather intense physical activity. It feels good!

I can already feel that this workout is starting to feel easier for me though, so unfortunately I'll have to search for more difficult level workouts. (This one says it's a level 4 but I think it deserves to be a level 3).
