You are very strong. I can't imagine dealing with the ups and downs of a session four days a week.  For me, sleeping seems to intensify that blurriness, probably because I'm then worried about disrupting my nights further.

Thanks. Having frequent sessions has its advantages too - you never have to fry in difficult emotions alone too long.
I couldn't imagine going just once per week because then I don't think I would dare to open any topic because then I would be left in limbo for the whole week. I don't think I could tolerate it. I guess I wouldn't even dare to approach any difficult topic in that setting.
