My suggestion would be to talk to the administrator of your language program. Tell them you are having a health issue that might require a hospital stay, and ask what the effect would be on the program if you needed that. At least then you would know what the language program would do. If they have a procedure for the program to accommodate such, it would at least ease your mind. If they didn't, you would know that as well.

Please get some help, even if it is just a call to your psychiatrist's emergency line.
