I have been trying really hard at reaching out for the last week, been having contact with mental health team almost daily. They have been throwing the hospital suggestion at me but I keep refusing because it just isn't that helpful. I may have to give in and just go though.

My mother has called me a horrible person today. Amongst other things. And yet she wants to help? Help what? Making me feel even worse than I already did?? **** that.

It's all just getting too much.
