Alcohol use is a slippery slope, at least for me. 1 is good, 2 is better.....until we get to the point where 8 is not enough. I get euphoria and happiness, and love to be plastered. Then I wake up and want to do it again, which eventually leads to all sorts of problems.
If you're not a drinker, I'd suggest you just leave it out of your life. There's always the possibility of it interfering with your BP meds.
