Hello there!

Interestng theory. In my view, or rather in my case it's more of a coping mechanism. When emotions get too much for me to handle I overeat. My top triggers are anxiety and loneliness, with boredom coming third.

I've tried quite a lot of things but cannot find the correct wat to teach myself to see food as a way of nutrition and not something more.
