Today I got around 16k steps total, mostly from work.
I also just completed a FitnessBlender lower body workout for people who get bored - there were 24 exercises and none of them repeated which I quite liked. It was also challenging - made my face red and sweaty.

The workout was 52 minutes long with warm up and cool down, I'll post the link in case anyone is interested in trying it.
