Is there any way you can call the school, explain your concern for your grades and health, and have the work sent home? I'm sure they understand how difficult it is to concentrate while nauseous and vomiting, and I would hope they appreciate your concern over your grades.

Besides, I don't think they'd appreciate having to clean up your vomit all day long - might distract the other students.
