Do you have a therapist? One way to decrease feelings of loneliness is to learn to enjoy your own company and doing things alone. Some people like me are introverts and enjoy being alone as it is, it is harder for extroverts. But perhaps you could make a list of activities to do that would be fun and you can do alone, and work on the list when you feel able.
