My first psychiatrist yes a real one that talked to me for an hour helped me with this by making a progressive muscle relaxation tape. He talked me through it noticing the difference between tense and relaxed muscles. Then added in some other things after you go through the muscle groups. It has helped me. I saw some progressive muscle relaxation things on youtube. I hope you feel better.
