Early this afternoon I did a 40 minute upper body workout from FitnessBlender. It definitely worked my muscles but because there was no cardio, I didn't break a sweat.
This evening I walked 2 miles with Leslie Sansone and did a 10 minute abs workout from FitnessBlender...45 minutes total with the cool down included. This time I broke a nice little sweat, although walking workouts are getting easier for me to do.
