Maybe even a gay male therapist if you can find one - someone who will understand the same sex attraction issues but also still hopefully be able to be objective and not encourage a sexual attachment of any kind with you. I'm so sorry you ran into a therapist who didn't understand how to maintain good boundaries with you. This is an example of how loose boundaries can lead to a lot of hurt.
