Hullo All,
So I'm pondering on this central issue of being my 82 yr young and impossible Mother. Am only child and a daughter...it is getting worse and not any laughs really at all. She and my father finally got divorced when I was 18 or so. Both are just brutal. Hard asses and my Mom never remarried (imagine that!), though my Dad did long ago and they're still together-no kids :-( Mom lives about half hour from me, I continue to go out leaving my dog with my alcoholic (no help, etc). She's not very nice to me. In CBT and take Serequel which has been remarkably effective :-) very sad and stressed, any O lies no back-up out there?
