The one dopamine reuptake inhibitor I know about is Wellbutrin, also known as Bupropion and Zyban. There may be others. This drug is prescribed as an anti-depressant and is also useful as a smoking cessation aid.

There are also other drugs that act on the dopamine pathway. I was on Buspar for a while, which is for anxiety. Among other things, it is a moderate dopamine agonist (binds the dopamine receptor).
