Today I got over 17k steps total, mostly from work.
This evening I just completed a HIIT workout from FitnessBlender, made for people who get bored easily. 40 exercises total, but you only have to do each for 20 seconds and then not have to repeat a single exercise. Sounds simple, but it was very challenging and had my face beet red at the end.

It was a 25 minute workout but it goes by pretty fast. Definitely not for beginners but I will post the link in case anyone is interested:
