My T has spaced me out to 4 weeks now. It's so hard! I told my T today to not push my sessions out to 5 weeks anytime soon. She said she won't. She said that when we we're seeing each other once a week and even every other week, I was able to process quicker. But the more we space out, the longer it will take for me to process. Phew!
I know it's hard to think about spacing out sessions. Is there anyway you'd be willing to try it? Like maybe have an appointment scheduled but the goal is to cancel it if you feel up to it that week? Or maybe try going a week and a half?
