So many replies already! I'm stuck between "in session only" and "only for scheduling". My T texts if she has a scheduling conflict, is running late, etc. so I have done the same. She has also emailed me links to products and services she recommends. As for me, I have no idea what her out of session contact policy is. There have been a couple times I wanted to email her a picture of symbolic meaning and feared that it would be too much. Even when she's the one texting me, I reply to her texts in 3 words or less terrified of being too much. Pretty sure I'm more rigid than she is lol!
