It just feels to me like when a company targets any employee they just start saying that everything you do is wrong. They get this attitude like you are the worst and they start picking on you... called "mobbing" I think. Then when it comes time for the law suit they pull these things out as the "legitimate non discriminatory reason" you were fired. Sadly it works.
