Weird thread, but... I need something (healthy) to preoccupy myself when manic. Any ideas?
I keep spending tons of money that I don't have, and I'm doing batshit crazy stuff. I need something to distract me, to keep me preoccupied. My attention is terrible because I can't keep focus on one thing without my racing mind f_cking with me.
Definitely NO driving anywhere, not to the mall, the park, or anything. I drove 69 in a 40 today going the dentist, and zigzagged everywhere. I need to refrain from driving. Last time I was caught speeding, I was doing 57 in a 35 and I had to go to court to plead with them not to suspend my license. Also, walking is not an option here unless I want to die from getting hit by a speeding car.
