It's true. Not everyone who seeks help, as they "should", finds help or effective help.

You persevered in seeking help to such an extent that it became "less than therapeutic" for you - especially thanks to several "professionals".

As much as it would be lovely for every who seeks help to find it, that does not reflect reality.
