I don't talk to my family because they don't support me in mt struggle with mdd and anxiety nos. They think you just snap out of it or take a pill. She called my therapist and asked if I should be institutionalized he said no he needs support but my family tried to do it anyways so I told them I was detaching from them they don't respect that and keep trying to contact me anyways so this is just her way of trying to get to me.
