It sounds like you're detached or maybe dealing with depression or some sort of emotional repression. Seeking out therapy could be really helpful here. Maybe this is just me, but I think it can be problematic to feel as if you're source of happiness is just one person and they're the only thing that makes you feel present and focused.
Could you expand at bit more on how you feel when you're with other people besides your boyfriend? Are you afraid or shy?
