Since you've made some gestures, I would say they would admit you. I've been to the ER about 20-25 times and only not been admitted twice. Granted at this point they look at my history and don't even give me a chance to defend myself but still. I don't think an ER would do much for med adjustment without sending you IP.

I'd also like to add that perhaps admittance is best for you right now. You were talking before about rehearsing suicide; this is very dangerous. We all want the best for you. I hope you get the help you need, whatever that may be.
